In 2010, Hernan J. Rodriguez joined the group's management team and later became the director, after having a corporate career with an emphasis on planning, strategy, financial management and business development.

Leslie is a graduate of the School of Administrative Sciences of the "Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas. In 2016, she obtained the Real Estate Broker License, which has facilitated the management of the real estate business of MRE, helping to manage the negotiations for sales and purchases.
